Career history: Robert Pennone joined Deloitte as a partner in 1975. In 1979, he partnered with Lenz law firm, Geneva, to develop Revex / Audiba until that company merged with Ernst & Whinney in 1987. He then became Deputy Director of the Swiss entity until 1989, when Ernst & Whinney merged with Arthur Young to become Ernst & Young. He was a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board of Ernst & Young from 1989 until end-1993. During that time he was also a member of the Worldwide Banking Committee, and Managing Director of Ernst & Young M&A Europe. In 1994, he established Pennone & Partners S.A. and participated in developing the MC Securities Group. In 2004, he became co-founder of GS Banque S.A., and in December 2013 he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors.
