Share buyback

Overview

   In order to optimize the Group’s capital allocation, the Board of Directors has decided to execute a share buyback program of up to 300 000 shares. The share buyback program will start on 2 June 2026 and end on 1 June 2029 at the latest. The execution of the program is subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals. The buyback will be executed via second trading line on SIX Swiss Exchange. Shares repurchased under the program are expected to be cancelled subject to shareholder approval.

Maximum Daily Repurchase Volume

CFT is limited to repurchasing a maximum of 989 shares per day (calculated in accordance with Art. 123 Abs. 1 lit. c FMIO).
